start their own garden shop. When Jeff’s father Heckle passed
away recently, he left the couple enough money to make their
dream become a reality. Because of his father’s name, everyone calls Jeff Little Heck, hence the name of the shop.
The couple opened Little Heck’s, a cute little shop with a
checkerboard floor and warm green walls, on June 15, 2014,
on Route 9 in Saratoga Springs. The store’s logo features a
picture of Jill and Jeff, drawn with love by a friend. Packed
with seeds, lights and everything else hydroponic and organic
