INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch (8oz/¼k) of broccolini; or equal amount of broccoli florets
2 cloves of garlic; or 6 shakes of garlic powder
½ cup of pure, revitalized or spring water (adjust for thickness)
1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of Celtic sea salt
