Here is how to practice with sounds :

Find an isolated space in nature, ocean, woods etc.

Take 15 minutes to listen to the sounds of your environment, be aware of the variety of sounds.

You can practice this in any environment and the results are amazing : greater awareness of here/now, relaxation , anxiety control, just by listening to your environment.

Practice SILENCE once a day for 15 minutes.

Tray to select your sound environment when you sleep .

Don’t put the radio on right away when you come into the car.

Do this Sound and Music Diet and you’ll see immediate results in your perception of life that will take you into a healthier level of Consciousness .
