GERALD P. CURATOLA, D.D.S.

Lois Jackson

Lois Jackson is a Macrobiotic Health Coach and the founder of Simple Macrobiotics, whose mission is to demystify the seemingly complex world of macrobiotics and reduce it to principles and practices that are easy for everyone to incorporate in their life.

Her goal in working with clients is to identify foods that will enable them to function at a high energy level and minimize or eliminate any adverse health issues. In addition, she instructs her clients in appropriate styles of cooking and menu planning, showing them how to incorporate these foods into satisfying meals (and snacks!) which support them from breakfast through dinner.

In addition to working with individual clients, Lois conducts her teaching on various Macrobiotic topics via live talks and is currently developing a series of webinars to be launched this fall.

Lois is a Level 3 graduate of the Kushi Institute of Macrobiotics and a Certified Sivananda Yoga teacher.
