1. Decide to

Use the the law of decision- we feel good when we decide.to. Its consciously and deceptively simple.

Guess what? Its just an intention! There's a natural sense of relief from overwhelm, anxiety or fear when we decide anything. Decide to be happy every day even if you don't feel it. You shortly will, because our experience always catches up to repeated thoughts, our intentions and decisions

2. Love yourself unconditionally

(without judgement). Let the past be dead and the future be exciting.

Know that we are hardwired to love ourselves and feel good. All we have to do is focus on whats important to us first before trying to fix our challenges or complaints. We didn't come here to suffer and we don't deserve to be punished if or because we may not be, look or think like others. There is nothing wrong with us. We don't need to be fixed.

3. Check in with your intuition

Its right only about 100% of the time.

We actually truly always know everything thats right for us. Trust it, its always on our side

4. Be creative

See assumptions and absurdities our life navigation tools.

This activates our life purpose and shows us that life is crazy for everyone, its no big thing to encounter unusual or difficult or challenging circumstances. They're not happening to us, they happen for us!

5. Be lighthearted, cultivate fun not fear

Humor and playfulness are the best way to remove emotionally dramatic charges on difficulty or conflict situations. Look for ways to have fun, it forges great relationships, character and resolutions with a sense of ease. It soothes the difficult or serious things that seem hard. If we perceive things as just roles and games we're playing for money, prestige or sex, that frees us up to be flexible, have perspective and feel good.

6. Be a Dream-maker,

a dream-chaser

You've gotta have a dream. It comes with having a body. We all do. Inspiration creates energy. Dreams are the foundation of what completes and fulfills us!

7. Be soulful

The soul doesn't care about "stuff" it cares about experiences, love and growth. Lets get our priorities straight. The more we care about feeling good first, the greater becomes our effectiveness, integrity joy and income.

Everyone understands the benefits of feeling good. Few understand the components or how to do it consciously.
