Finding the Still point

In this exercise, two people hold the end of the scarf and lift it up in the air to catch the wind beneath it. It floats up to its highest point and stops. This is called a Still point.

This exercise is a moving meditation exercise which allows you to experience and practice the moment of a still point.

A still point is a moment out of time, when you can make everything change. Everything reorganizes itself around the stillness.

There is much opportunity for growth and change in this moment. It is brief moment out of time where everything can re pattern itself.
