During the parliament a very important Bill was passed. It gave clear priorities to each national government, as well as the Ministers of the Global Energy Parliament, about how to maintain energy balance, create peace, harmony, and sustainability through the work we are called to do. In the GEP, Ministers are not politicians. However, they are experts in their own fields and desirous of new tools and ideology that benefit society.

The GEP provides a platform for us to come together to discuss tough issues facing humanity and what we are passionate about. By using the expertise and advice of all the people present, we are able to build a consensus on what needs to be done.

Several important Acts were created from the Bill, which will be presented to all governments and the United Nations. Below are some highlights:

1)Science should be more than an instrument to appease the desires of human beings or special interests. The Ministry of Science and Technology should encourage scientist and society to develop an awareness of negative and positive energy.

2)The chief purpose of the Ministry of Education is to provide total education in order to empower new generations to become truly humane. The teaching method “Education for Total Consciousness” is a proven model, which can be suggested for all schools.

3)Many present laws reinforce the false notion that the world is created solely for the pleasure of, and exploitation by, mankind. The Ministry of Law should undertake to rewrite such laws and re-establish a harmonious relationship between the Earth and human beings.

4)In order to maintain the natural harmony on Earth, the Ministry of Environment should ensure that a ratio of 50% dense forests, 20% small scale forests or woods and 30% human habitats is maintained.

5)The concept of wealth, both to the Ministry of Finance and to society, needs to be changed. Every object in the world is wealth; the human being is the most valuable form of wealth.
