SOUND WATER THERAPY exercise:

For reducing the level of stress in your life try finding a big body of water, like an ocean, lake , cascade, river, where you can connect with water and listen, just listen, no judgment , no thinking, no caring , no opinion , detachment, just listen.

Allow the sound of the water’s frequency to take your “personal caring” away, and your limited egotistic view of the universe where “everything happens to me “.Find the same original Peace than when you were in your mother’s womb.

The origins of music itself is found in the imitation of the elements and their sounds, this is where the first musicians found the greatest inspirations for healing themselves and others and for recreating that original state of peace.

The Quechua natives of Peru and their Brotherhoods talk about the elements as our deities , UNU (water ),NINA ( Fire), PACHAMAMA (Earth) and WAYRA ( Air), they are alive inside of us and outside of us, the Quechua don’t pray to a picture or a symbol they pray to living elements!

It is very important to relate to WATER as a deity or as a giver of life, it runs through the whole Universe giving us life, activating all creative molecules carrying the frequency of CREATION!
