HOMEMADE

OX TAIL SOUP

Be it a cold winter day, recovering from an illness, or the desire for a unique taste, there is nothing quite like a pot of warm, homemade soup. A nourishing, homemade soup provides an abundance of nutrients. A big pot can provide a family with a hearty meal, or a single person with a nourishing meal for several days. Left over soup can be frozen in a container for use at a later date, when a nourishing meal is needed in a hurry. Plus, a good, homemade soup is an easy way to feed children their vegetables for proper nourishment.

One of my favorites is Ox Tail Soup. Enjoy this delicious recipe from my Nourishing Basics Cook Book, which can also be found at: http://www.NourishingBasics.com.
