LASAGNA ROLLS WITH ITALIAN TOMATO SAUCE

Lasagna has always been a favorite in my home, especially at holiday time. Just about every child loves it!

The key to making Italian food healthy requires the following:

• Using fresh natural, organic ingredients that are high in fiber and anti oxidants, including

tomatoes, vegetables, herbs, and garlic

• Avoid adding meat to most pasta recipes

Using gluten-free whole-grain brown rice pasta

• Using organic extra virgin olive oil, and adding it for flavoring after cooking

• Never overcook the sauce or lasagna
