Public Speaking & Workshop

Public Speaking in the Pelotas Public Library (Brazil)
On August 17 I did a public speaking about minimalism in the Pelotas Public Library, state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The event was full and obtained more than 150 Kg of non-perishable food that were raised as a ticket to the event and were given to the Food Bank of Mother Teresa of Calcutta.
The public speaking featured games, video testimonials and questions. I have used the "less is more" ideology to motivate and guide all who seek a better quality of life, opening up time
and space for what really matters. I spoke of the benefits and proof,
especially in areas such as productivity, energy, organization and management. Some people are already inspired to "shred your room" or "improve your routine."
A workshop followed on the 23rd of August, also in Pelotas. Each participant had a different context, but with similar doubts like "how do I detach", "what destiny do I give to what I have?", etc. It was a very dynamic moment of sharing and inspiration. I provided tools and suggested challenges and techniques that provide detachment and focus.
