Fencing
Come and learn the basics of fencing in this interactive program . The emphasis will be on movement skills through the use of fencing . The 5-8 year olds will use the foam swords while the 9-12 year olds will use full regulation fencing equipment . All equipment will be supplied . No classes Jan 28th Feb 4th , Mar 4th .

Guitar / Ukulele Workshop
We are pleased to offer a guitar and ukulele workshop this winter that will entail full basic instruction on the guitar and ukulele , learning chords and some basic songs by the end of the day ! Kids Cake Decorating
Kids cake decorating is a fun hands on class . Students will learn some of the basics in the art of cake decorating . Each class students will practice a different technique and create something new . This class will be taught by a journeyman baker / cake decorator and all supplies will be included . Kids in the Kitchen
Kids in the Kitchen will provide a hands-on experience for kids 9-13 to learn food preparation , cooking terms , table manners and clean up ! Students will prepare simple and nutritious foods like tacos , omelettes , and cookies that they will then be able to prepare at home .
