Council Meeting September 20th , 2016
All Meetings are held at Martensville City Hall in Council Chambers , 37 Centennial Dr . S and are open to the public . All meetings commence at 5PM .
Those wishing to address or do a presentation to Council must be placed on the agenda . To be placed on the agenda please contact the City Clerk ’ s office at City Hall or visit the website for details .

election Day For the 2016 municipal election is Wednesday , October 26 , 2016
Polling stations will be open on that day from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Detailed information for voters , candidates and elections workers is available on martensville . ca which will be updated regularly as we approach Election Day .

We are still taking registrations for a few programs starting up very soon . To register please come to the Martensville Athletic Pavilion . We are open Mon- Fri from 7am-10pm and Sat & Sun from 8am-9pm . Please be mindful of school Zones It ’ s that time of year once again with the kids back to school . The City would like to remind everyone that the speed limit around the schools is 30 km / hr and to not park in the bus driveways or areas signed “ No Parking ” areas .
We also ask motorists to be mindful of the residents that live in areas close to our schools . Specifically , please refrain from parking in front of someone ’ s driveway . Many of the people who live across from the schools come home or need to leave during the same time periods .
2016 shopping extravaganza
The Shopping Extravaganza is taking place on November 12th
Over 50 spots for all varieties of vendors ! Registration packages are available by request , email specialevents @ martensville . ca or visit the MAP for more information .
Registration Process -Local Vendors ( Martensville Residents ) was from September 1st to 14th -September 15th – Registration open to all vendors

Ernie Louttit , author of the books Indian Ernie : Perspectives on Policing and Leadership and More Indian Ernie : Insights from the Street , will be at the Martensville Library to speak about his books . Extra copies of his books are available right now at the library .
