Some familiar faces could be seen on the TeleMiracle stage this past weekend . Ray Kneeland of the OK Corral graced the stage for his 22nd year to present another incredible donation to the annual fundraiser . Kneeland took the stage with Stephanie Pawliw , Ryan Pawliw and Jon Berg to present a cheque on behalf of the OK Corral for an incredible $ 31,659.66 to TeleMiracle .
Throughout the year , Kneeland raises money through various events at the OK Corral , as well as doing a raffle for two $ 1000 Co-op fuel cards , the sale of chocolate covered almonds and more . The fundraising efforts for the next year begin immediately after TeleMiracle each year , as Ray and his crew do their best to raise as much money as possible for the cause that is so near and dear to them . TeleMiracle host Beverly Mahood asked Kneeland why he keeps doing this each year , commenting that he is an unbelievable soul . Kneeland ’ s response was , “ Well shucks , it ’ s just about helping people out that really need it . It ’ s just what a guy should be doing .”
During the presentation , Mahood asked Kneeland if he knew just how much he had raised for TeleMiracle throughout the past 22 years , astounding him with the total of $ 385,771.59 . “ I didn ’ t know we were that good ,” Kneeland exclaimed . Following the presentation , a live draw was made for the winners of the fuel cards , and information was shared about upcoming events at the OK Corral .
This year will mark the 22nd Annual TeleMiracle Week-Long Trail Ride , which will take place from July 16-22 , just north of Duck Lake . “ Anyone can come , we just ask that you raise $ 50 and all money goes to TeleMiracle ,” Stephanie Pawliw explained . The OK Corral will also be hosting their annual gymkhana and dine & dance before the trail ride .

In addition to Kneeland , the Martensville & District Kinsmen Club took the stage to present a cheque for $ 2,200 . This money was raised through the second annual ‘ Chicken & Chuckles ’ event that was held Saturday , February 25th at the North Ridge Centennial Community Centre in Martensville . The local Kinsmen Club hosts this event each year as their main source for raising funds for TeleMiracle .
