VHS Visits WDM

Venture Heights ’ Grade 3 classes attended the Western Development Museum before the school break . The students always seem to love this trip to the Museum , as there are so many fascinating things to see and do there .

VMS sent 28 students to the PR Athletic Relay Races at the Field House in Saskatoon on February 15th . Students had a lot of fun and 3 teams advanced to the finals . Thank you to Mrs . Robinson and Mr . Harrison for organizing morning training , figuring out all the teams and cheering on the runners .

Dalmeny Family Dance

Prairie View School ’ s Community Council is pleased to provide an evening of family fun for families in Dalmeny by hosting our annual family dance .

From 6:30 PM-8:00 PM on Thursday March 9 , families are invited to our “ Green & Gold Family Dance ”. Students need to bring their parent ( s )/ guardian ( s ) in order to attend . Everyone is encouraged to wear green and gold - especially students at Prairie View School who can wear their colours all day at school . A small concession stand will be available for families .

The purpose of the School Community Council is to support student learning success and well-being , and encourage parent and community involvement and engagement in their school . Community members are welcome to contact any member to share their interests and issues regarding student learning at Prairie View School .
