in front of Valley Manor Elementary around
10:30. The long line of vehicles made its
way down Main Street and went north before
making its way back to the school. The young
and old came out to line the sidewalks and
cheer their enthusiasm as candy was thrown.
The excitement then moved to the booths
and tents in Kinsmen Park. The afternoon
was filled with princesses and superheroes,
bouncy castles, food trucks, magicians, and
clowns. Alberta Flyboards was back for a
second year to demonstrate the boards and
to give the adventurous a try on the water.
A slow pitch tournament was held
on the four diamonds next to the
fairgrounds throughout the weekend.
Sunday afternoon brought families back to
the park for a picnic and bingo. There were
more opportunities to see flyboarding, Kenni
the Clown, Acro Yogo, and Irish Dance.
Though the wind was fierce at times, there
was still something for everyone
to enjoy and another successful
Martensville
Buster
Days.
