Chambers of Commerce held
a Business Excellence Awards
Gala May 27, 2016. The first
annual event celebrated the
wonderful local business
achievements found in both
communities.
Smokehaus
Meats & Deli catered a
delicious supper. The Brian
King Centre in Warman was
transformed into an elegant
reception venue. Numerous
businesses were nominated
in five different categories:
Marketing, Customer Service,
Community
Involvement,
New Business of the Year, and
Business of the Year.
Marla Janzen won the
Warman & Martensville
Business Excellence Award
for Marketing. Janzen is
an award winning Century
21 Fusion Saskatoon Real
Estate agent who knows the
Saskatoon and surrounding
area well. Janzen aims to
find clients the piece of
property that is best suited
to them. Janzen attested
to focusing on marketing
and how it has drastically
changed her business. Living
in Warman, Janzen spoke
about how passionate she
feels about local business
success in both Warman and
Martensville.
Warman Small Animal
Hospital took home two
awards at the Gala: New
Business of the Year and
Customer Service. Warman
Small Animal Hospital were
finalists in four out of five
categories: New Business of
the Year, Customer Service,
Community Involvement,
and Business of the Year.
These nominations reflect
the dedication and care the
hospital aims to achieve.
