Q . What do you love most about Marlborough ?
A . I was born in Marlborough and I have lived here most of my life . Blenheim is a great place to live and it has such a wonderful climate .
Q . What are three words to describe how someone would feel to receive your product ? A . Amazed , personal , local .
Q . What is unique about your products ? A . They are all individually handmade with love . Each card is unique with flare to suit anyone .
Q . Where does the inspiration or motivation for your craft come from ?
A . I have always had an eye for colour and have loved making cards for years which motivated me to build a business around it .
Q . How would you describe ' a great day at work '?
A . A productive day in the office busy creating many cards for my special customers .
Q . What 3 celebrities or special people would you love to see sharing your creations ? A . The Queen , Gemma and Richie McCaw , and my late mother .
Q . What is something about you that people may not know ?
A . Every Sunday morning I sell locally grown vegetables . My husband , Alistair , and I have been growing and marketing vegetables at the Marlborough Farmers ’ Market for many years .
Q . What ’ s next on your wish list ? A . A bigger studio !
Q . What ’ s your favourite way to spend an ' Idle Moment '?
A . Sitting down with my feet up having some quiet time with family .
