Established in 2009, by husband and wife team,
Michelle and Andrew Pope, the family orientated
Andrew Pope homes Ltd, specialise in residential
builds, house and land packages and ‘design and
build’ options.
With over 28 years in the business of building
quality homes, Andrew prides himself in providing
customers with a personal approach to service.
Consistently high standards are maintained by
building lasting relationships with contractors and
suppliers. The company have used the same crews
for a long time and very rarely change.
Based in Blenheim, Andrew Pope Homes covers the
Marlborough area including the Sounds. Andrew
says that working in the Sounds is a bit like taking
a holiday it is such a stunning location to build in.
Andrew says that he is normally working with
30 separate clients at any one time in various stages
of the process from homes under construction,
going through Council consent, design, pricing or
just responding to enquiries.
With the bulk of work coming from referrals, Andrew
says the company has 15 new builds under way at
any one time, at various stages of completion.
Andrew Pope Homes have a varied repertoire in
their portfolio from a 70sqm granny home with a
large deck and river view to 450sqm high-end builds.

houses for people”.
