The winter months are as good a time as any to experiment with different regimes and find what exercises suit us best . We are not born equal , we do not all enjoy the same things , but we all want to stay healthy in mind , body and soul . Here are a few suggestions that may help find the program that works best for you .

To maintain a consistent regimen it is best to join programs that your friends attend ; you will be more inclined to show up . Your love of gadgets makes the machines at the gym attractive . Choose any activity that shows off your body and your skills - basketball , juggling , and martial arts of course . Get on the dance floor and let yourself go - flow with the music and experiment with movement .
