Matching the ‘In the Pink’ section of its latest trends report,
Oakridge shopping center’s website shows off all types and tones of
blush. From main menus and titles to background display, the soft
color keeps the center’s online presence fresh and feminine. Located in
the heart of Vancouver (Canada), Oakridge is relevant and connected
both on and off the screen. With a website that flaunts an in-the-know
blog, expert series, and a lifestyle files section, the center is totally
on point. Proudly presenting works from the National Gallery of
Canada, it offers more than just support to an in-store experience.
Click on “Audacious Journey,” a singled-out tab on the far left of
the main menu, and browsers open to a stunning visual with the
tagline, “Oakridge, Vancouver’s Cultural Hub.” With an overall desire
to change the way its shoppers live life, the center looks to influence
physical, social, mental, and emotional being.
Furthering its international reach, Oakridge launched its
partnership with UnionPay this past spring. Branded as “Incredible
Style: that fits in your wallet,” the program helps the partners to tell

shoppers that it pays to shop ‘til you drop. As noted online, for every
$500 that visitors spend at the center, they receive a complimentary
$25 UnionPay gift card. On until early October, the promotion is
available at any of the 39 participating retailers, while supplies last.

Part of the program’s fine print: There is a $75 UnionPay gift card limit
per person each day, and the promotion only applies to single-brand
cards that start with ‘62.’ Posted on both the Oakridge and UnionPay
International website are the program’s running period, activity content
and rules, participating retailers, and full terms and conditions. With
sporadic posts via social media that link readers to its events and
promotions page, Oakridge continues the flow of information.
