Player Critique :
T Bachoo ( captain , KZN U19 ): He was a player with immense skill and passion . He is looking to make a career out of this sport and with continued hard work he will live this dream .
Y Hadebe : The goalkeeper of our team . He grew tremendously in his skills and was often the difference between winning and losing .
S Vezasie ( vice-captain , KZN U19 ): On many occasions he was the leader on the field of play , putting his body on the line . He wears his heart on his sleeve and was definitely our most consistent player .
C Desplace ( KZN U19 ): A player who played with consistency throughout the season . The team could depend on him during the tough times . He did not necessarily have the skill levels of his peers but could make a career for himself in the game with extra hard work .
J Webster : “ A player who can turn the game on its head with one pass ” - Clive Barker , ex Bafana Bafana coach . A late bloomer within the team , his downfall was in not choosing between soccer and rugby . He did not play in the third term at all owing to a rugby injury .
N Singapi : A good reader of the game , he is blessed with leadership potential , but needs to channel it in the right direction to become a major influence .
M Zondi ( KZN U19 ): He is an exciting player to work with him and has the potential to make something out of this sport . He sets the bar very high for himself .
M Hlongwa ( KZN U19 ): A bright future lies ahead for this young man , but only if he remains focused and humble . It was a pleasure to work him . His height and slight build were deceptive on the field of play as he would often show up the bigger boys in the opposition team .
M Ninela : A very quiet young man , but a good team player always willing to sacrifice himself in any position for the team . He has a great attitude and a desire to learn .
K Mudali ( KZN U16 ): Another junior with bright potential who has the ability to play at the highest level . He showed amazing foresight in some of his plays .
B Sibiya : Great attitude , very much a team player . He started at right back and end up playing in the goals for the third term .
N Manchev : A hard worker and good reader of the game . He gave us the physical strength at the back . He was always encouraging the players to keep on working harder .
S Zondi ( KZN U16 ): A young man who can go far in this game . He has vision and ability , but his one weakness is that he does not like the physical aspect of the game . He is one to watch for in future , if he puts his heart into it .
O Mpisane : A young man who came into our 1st team late in the season . He is a willing learner and a good listener .
S Phungula : Another young man who is one to watch for the future . He is hard working , willing to learn and not over-awed to ask a question if he does not understand . It was a pleasure to work with this young man .

2nd Team
During the second term we played five matches , all against other 1st teams because we played in a league with only 1st teams . Of these five games , we lost four and won one . Our losses were mostly due to a lack of confidence and concentration . The game that was won was against Linpark where the boys showed great teamwork , determination and confidence . In the third term , we performed very well , losing only two games , drawing one and winning five . The boys played very well and showed much improvement throughout the term . They followed instructions well . The best of these games were against Westville and Carter High .
The opportunity for more training time and matches during the third term would allow the boys to reach their full potential . Unfortunately , the full soccer season lasted only four weeks . With more time , the boys would prove to be very difficult to beat .
