The program is supported by national and international agreements,
which allow participant pre-professional training and exchanges:
• DIRNEA: simulators practices in maritime and port operation SIGMA.
• INOCAR: research lines that are guided by own topics of Integrated
Coastal Management port and shipping issues.
• OBSERVATORY OF THE SAFETY OF LIFE AT SEA AND THE ENVIRONMENT: It is a tool to empower the community and develop
knowledge and skills to protect seafarers and the marine-coastal environment through the Observatory socialization and implementation
of MARPOL and SOLAS International Congresses it promotes. Being
part of the network of members of the Observatory, it will be a life
long-term commitment.
