Black frames
for every occasion

Fashion experts often say that every woman should have a black dress in her wardrobe
and every man should always have a trusty black blazer and dress pants at the ready.
In other words, we all need something in our closets that can be worn for just about any
occasion - whether it’s a day at the office or a night at a party or to attend a fancy dinner
or go to a child’s graduation ceremony. And the other great thing about black: it goes
with anything. I believe that every wardrobe should also include a pair of black framed
glasses - specs that can go with a suit and tie, that little black dress or a pair of
jeans and an old T-shirt.
When Oprah Winfrey received the Cecil B. DeMille Award at this year’s Golden Globes
ceremony in Hollywood, the television personality donned a pair of oversized black glasses
and a black Atelier Versace gown. Her look thrust black-framed eyewear to the top of
many trend-watchers’ must-have accessories list. We’re pretty excited that black frames
are getting the attention they deserve. Here are a few black frames that we are
