The angle of quantum poetry

This section of MAQ (Quantum Art Movement), called "The angle of quantum poetry", was inaugurated in March 2018. Since the poetry itself is "quantum" it would not require any further adjective to define it or to restrict it. In this case we only want to remember that poetry as a stream of thoughts, emotions, feelings, intuitions and artistic aesthetics can only have a quantum origin. In some cases the contents directly recall the microcosm and the world of subatomic particles or entanglement or other quirks of quantum physics, but not necessarily and often not so explicitly. I believe that the human soul that decides to express itself through a collectivity of individuals recognized through the MAQ Movement, can only give rise to an explicitly quantum poetry. This is why in this section we want to give space to the poetry of the MAQ members. The setting will evolve over time also based on reader interactions. Initially I would propose to publish no more than three poems, leaving room for comments and considerations on the individual poems presented. Subsequently, the rubric will be able to expand or contract or accept even brief essays of study, even on a single poem among those published. The only criterion is to propose the publication of a personal poem by sending to the curators Elisabetta Denti and Massimo Pregnolato the poem and a small personal description (which may be published or not depending on the author's request). If in the coming weeks the number of poems received should be too high, we will evaluate how to satisfy all requests through the publication of special numbers.

Thank you for your attention and I invite you to send your poem by e-mail to: Massimo Pregnolato ([email protected])
