The Manifesto of the Quantum Art is dated April 2008, it is glued behind the painting by the title
"If Giovanni Verga returned to Milan in Piazza Duomo would find the multiplicity of communication spaces ". This work is currently on permanent display at the Pinacoteca of the Museo Immaginario Verghiano in Vizzini, Province of Catania.
In 2010 I founded QAGI, Quantum Art Group Italy, which became in 2011 International and selected from "Italy of Innovators, Council Presidency of the Ministers "as Italian excellence in the field of art, science and communication. My trip to China followed with the Italian Government Delegation. In 2012, QAGI became an international group comprising American, Brazilian, Australian, Russian, Chinese and European artists.
