the future. Business analysts at Frost and
Sullivan forecast total revenue of around $2.2
billion by 2019. One of the main drivers is
growth in global demand for Unified
Communications (UC) solutions. In today's
office environment it is important not to be
confined to a desk phone but to have several
communication
options,
and
Unified
Communications works best with a headset.
That is why an estimated 50 to 70 percent of
companies that buy a full UC solution equip it
with headsets.
