Anderson Hay & Grain Ellensburg Washington’s bounty helps feed the world through companies like Anderson Hay & Grain. Founded in 1960, Anderson was the first company to export hay to Japan in 1971. The company is now a trusted supplier of high-quality feed. Its trucks can make two trips to the Port of Seattle every day. Kittitas County Commissioner Laura Osiadacz, Employment Security Department Labor Economist Donald Meseck, and South Central Workforce Council Employer Engagement Analyst Michelle Smith joined the tour at Anderson Hay & Grain in Ellensburg. The company employs 350 company-wide during harvest.
