Green Diamond Resource Company is a fifth-generation, family-owned
forest products company that owns and manages 1.7 million acres of
working forest land in eight states. Founded in Mason County in 1890, the
company is still proudly Washington-based, and is now headquartered in
Seattle.
State Sen. Tim Sheldon, D-Potlatch, and Reps. Drew
MacEwen, R-Union, and Mike Chapman, D-Port
Angeles, hopped aboard the bus for a trip up logging
roads to an active harvest site at the family-owned
Green Diamond Resource Company.
