Founded in 1927, Port Townsend Paper employs 295 people, making it the
largest private employer in Jefferson County. It continues to lower its carbon
emissions while recycling one-third of Washington’s cardboard ― and
adding $660 million to the Puget Sound economy.

paper manufacturer that has
anchored the Jefferson County
economy since 1903. The Port
