ADVI research
In the past few months there have been numerous
announcements concerning the future of autonomous
vehicles in Australia and New Zealand. With state
governments paving the way for their further testing and
introduction, the main stream arrival of these vehicles
might be closer than we think. As such, it is timely to

even in ten Australians want a self-driving car to take over when they
feel tired or bored and just under half already recognise autonomous
vehicles will be safer than a human driver. Preliminary findings from
the first comprehensive national study into what Australians think about

regulation, research, marketing and vehicle design.
