In order to obtain a rebate, visit http://manfrotto.rebateaccess.com and enter the offer number shown above. You will then complete your rebate registration form online. You must have internet access,
a valid email address, and a printer in order to register your rebate.
Submission details:
1) Complete and Print the rebate registration form.
2) Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC bar code from the product packaging.
3) Enclose a copy of the store identified sales receipt dated between 07/01/2017 and 08/31/2017, indicating your qualifying purchase.
4) PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS:
Completed Online Registration Form • Original UPC Barcode Label • Copy of Sales Receipt
5) Mail all of these items to the address indicated on the form you print from the website.
6) Submission must be postmarked by 09/30/2017 in order to qualify.
