Dan has worked at Mane for nearly 2 years now placing blue collar contractors into the manufacturing industry from mechanical fitters to panel wirers. Whilst Dan focuses mainly on blue collar, he has recently been working with clients in order to find Production Managers, Design Engineers, buyers etc. Dan is currently taking part in on-going recruitment training to gain his CertRP. This will help Dan in developing his own skills and in turn developing the Manufacturing & Engineering team. Mane was started from the Engineering and Manufacturing industry and has expanded from there, Dan supports and places candidates in the engineering fields.
Richard has been working at Mane for the past 14 years.
Prior to his life in recruitment, Richard worked for Mane as an Electronics contractor for about 5 years before swapping contract life for Recruitment. Richard mainly recruits for Blue & White Collar roles within Manufacturing sector, where he places highly skilled candidates across a number of blue chip companies within the UK & Europe.
Andy leads a team of motivated and experienced Managers, Account Managers and recruiters, delivering contract/contingent staff and permanent candidates, working in true partnership with customers (Clients and Candidates). Andy has over 20 years experience in recruitment, 3 of which were working for a major European Defence organisation and 1.5 within Aviation/Aerospace.
