Mane is working in partnership with Semco Maritime in the supply and delivery of staff to the Culzean gas field project, a Maersk Oil-operated gas platform 145 miles east of Aberdeen, that will be expected to eventually provide 5% of the UK’s gas consumption by 2020/21. Our team was selected by Semco Maritime and awarded a contract to provide a range of disciplines including:

Commissioning Support:
Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical Engineers and Technicians
Semco Maritime is laying the groundwork for Maersk Oil UK’s Culzean project, a high-pressure / high-temperature (HP/HT) gas field located in the North Sea. Sections of the Culzean complex are being manufactured in Singapore prior to delivery and installation this summer.
An estimated 150 personnel will be carrying work for the preparation of Culzean, which is expected to take 8 to 9 months to complete.

The contract is just one of several projects for the Mane Energy team whose efforts have been flourishing in the last year. The Culzean project is another step forward for Mane in becoming a household name in the energy sector.
