Timeline celebrates Manchester vision
F
rom Manchester’s earliest days when our first president
taught by the light of coal oil lamps and felled trees for
firewood, we had a vision. That vision sustained us through lean times, emboldened
our passion for peace and social justice, and inspired us to improve the human condition.
Now, 125 years and more than 19,000 graduates later, the vision still guides us.
We invite you to read some of Manchester’s stories on our special anniversary timeline at
