Before you attempt to change any results you must first look at the experience. What has happened that was significant enough to create a belief. Experiences are how we develop our beliefs on topics and how things should and shouldn't be. Once someone has a belief in something it can be very difficult to change. That's why we don't try to change someone's beliefs without first changing their experiences. Once someone has developed their beliefs in a matter, it ends up driving their actions. People do what they believe and avoid things they don't so in the end their actions feed the results the produce. In short experiences foster our beliefs, which drive our actions to produce results.
