Lastly, end on a positive note, monthly one on one coaching are the foundation of a positive and loyal team that will do what you want because you have earned their respect. Annual reviews are you way of showing the employees that you recognize and remember to work that they have put in over the years.
Communication is reliant on how clearly you can get your message across to someone and have them understand it. It's one thing to listen but another to comprehend. Choose your words wisely and be prepared whenever you're going to have a talk with someone. Lastly remember the things your team does because they remember everything you do. You are one to many and they are many to one but they are also one to one with you.
