That’s what happens when you host a “Mom’s Night Out” to connect with moms and grow your team. It’s easy as 1,2,3. PLAN YOUR PARTY Everyone brings their entire junk drawer and all party guests organize together. This is sure to elicit lots of laughs with all the strange finds. Enrollee gift—drawer organizers. purse purge Send personal invites to all your mom friends. Don’t rely on invites through social media or email. These are only starting points. Make your invites personal with a card, an online follow-up, and a phone call to confirm. Yep, all three! After you have your list confirmed, it’ time to create a theme. The point is to make your party fun and functional. Moms need to have more fun in their lives, but they also want to spend their time productively so they don’t feel guilty.
