Founded in 2009, this event has definitely blossomed into one of the most prestigious events of its kind. With over 200 vendors and 7500 attendees reported last year, this year is only expected to get bigger, better and more exciting. The Just for Her Expo graces three venues this year. The first is the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, IA from May 3-4. The second is the Overland Park Convention Center, Kansas, June 7-9. The finale of the 2013 event series will be October 11-13 at the Century Link Center in Omaha.
From an entrepreneurial standpoint, the Just for Her Expo also provides an opportunity for many businesses to gain exposure and even make some money. Several of the vendors include hair stylists, jewelry makers, hair salons, spas and boutiques. Special topics such as beauty, fitness, health and wellness will also be covered in vending this year. Amongst the activities planned will also be raffles and giveaways in which select participants can win shopping sprees, prizes and so much more. This event is family friendly so children are welcome to attend.
