How To Manage Your
Health Account

veryone wants to be healthy. It’s
a universal desire and the secret
of a happier and more successful
existence. Think of your health as a ‘bank
account’ and this bank account should
be full of trillions of healthy cells which
perform certain tasks, either individually
or in groups to keep you not just alive but
to stay healthy, vibrant, bouncing with
energy and looking good. Like a bank
account, the more cash you have in the
account, the healthier your account looks,
the better your money works for you and
it gives you the freedom to do more and
have fun.
The account balances refers to the energy
surpluses and deficits. Energy surpluses
are actions you take that result in positive
energy levels over a period of time. On the
other hand, energy deficits are actions that
result in insufficient energy levels over a
period of time. For instance, working long
hours every week can drain your energy
and your overall health. Energy deficits
can also be caused mentally from feelings
such as stress and worry.
Depositing energy or spending it isn’t bad
in itself. Both are necessary to function
on an everyday basis and make progress
in life. But the key idea here is balance.
While an energy surplus indicates that
you’re practicing habits that keep your
well-being in check, you also want to
make sure you’re spending energy on the
things that will help you improve in the
long run.
Moving towards an increasing energy
deficit, though, means you’re setting
yourself up to possibly crash. Your health

Figure Out the Amount of
Energy Funds You Have
The quality of your health is a reflection of
your ‘bank account’ and if it is overdrawn
on a daily basis you will not look good,
feel good or perform well. If you have a
strong desire to live a healthy life, have
more energy, glowing skin and better
concentration you owe it to yourself to
ensure your bank account looks healthier.
Unfortunately, unlike a bank account,
we don’t have a number that shows us
how well we’re operating. But if we look
closely, we can see signs that indicate
current position.
