We will be involved in the whole process of buying, we have a Posta wallet so you can actually buy, pay and we can deliver from any site across the world be it Amazon, AliBaba, ebay or any other site that sells products online. We want to become the hub of this business since we have the capacity to do that. We are already doing this with Kenyan sites such as Jumia and Kilimall where we deliver their products but we want to get into the core business where you can order, we can pick and deliver right to your doorstep. There’s a product we introduced a few months ago called M-Post, tag lined “Posta Mkononi” which basically now allows one to use their phone as a Post Office Box. Now that we have Google Maps and other technology based tools the process is going to be easier going forward. One major challenge with that initiative is the haphazard and unplanned manner developments have taken place across the country. You can imagine the challenge of getting such a system underway in informal settlements like Kibera, Mathare, Kawangware, or even in the formal areas like Githurai, Umoja, Dandora and Buru Buru estates.
