I call this - Vitamin F . We need this daily dose to be free and at peace with ourselves and God . Forgiveness is never about the other person , it ’ s always about us . Whatever you wish for the other person you are wishing for yourself .
Is there someone that has hurt you in the past and each memory still burdens your heart ? You need to start your day feeling free of any hatred or heavy heart . Find it in your heart to forgive this person or situation .
