and start climbing the tree, change
their position, choose a different
height, go higher than where
they have been before, accept and
embrace change, move a step higher,
explore further and reach out beyond
the familiar.
It is only then that their world view
will change, they will now start
seeing beautiful things compared to
the ugly ones they were used to and
once their experience changes this
will impact on their emotional and
social wellbeing. They will become
bonafide beneficiaries of lasting
change.
At this juncture I would like you to
pause and reflect on your own tree
of living experiences. Most of your
experiences in life are not justifiable,
they are purely il lusionary, and in a
snap of your fingers you can change
all of them.
You can choose today to start smiling
at all the stuff that used to make you
suicidal, you can choose right away to
forgive whoever caused you the
highest betrayal of your life
time and get yourself
off the snares of
heartaches,
trauma, ulcers
and blood

You can
choose today
to grow stronger

You can accept all

inevitable and irrevocable. You

experience in life.
It is said that the world breaks each
one of us but some people become
strong at the broken places. You can
change today your perspective about
life’s tragedies and choose to become
strong at the broken places. Do not
resist change, rather accept it, make
it your friend, ride on it, make it an
ally and not an enemy. Change could
be the best thing that ever happened
to your life.
Remember
this: “Whatever life mistrust, life
disrupt”.
There is nothing as good as change
in life, it gives us the opportunity to
start all over again, it shows us new
and better ways of getting where we
are going, it opens up a new world
of opportunities and possibilities in
the midst of our crisis.
Whenever I speak about change and
change management I often ask my
audience to list down for me the
things that were so relevant to our
day to day life few years ago, things
we couldn’t do without but that are
now so irrelevant to our existence.
To my great surprise the list is
always endless, and that simply
reminds us that a lot has
changed with the passing
years and a lot more will
still change in the years
ahead.
I once read a
book titled:
“Mega
Change The world in
2050”. This
is a fantastic
book, very
inspiring and thought
provoking. The author
speculates how the world will
look like in the next 35 years or
so, according to him lots of relevant
things in today’s world will become
obsolete. There will be such mega
changes that it will be unbelievable.
