The Landscape Pest & Disease Workshop was a one-day educational session presented by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension.

The landscape services sector is a $1.3B industry in Houston*. Pest and disease management is an on-going battle throughout our long growing season. Managers, technicians and field employees need to stay up to date on the latest information and practices. This program focused on trainings and strategies to aid in pest and disease management in all facets of the landscape. 17 people attended the workshop and earned 5 TDA CEUs .

The workshop included the following topics:

• Life of the Pest Ant and How to End It

• IPM in the Landscape
