Eat Smart, Live Strong. A nutrition education for older adults conducted by Kim Perry, BLT Program Assistant. The series is a basic nutrition series which is 4 lessons long or one hour each week for 4 weeks. The lesson includes lectures on “Challenges and Solutions, How to Reach Food Goals, How to eat Smart and Spend Less, and how to incorporate Colorful and Classic Favorites into your diet.” All of these lessons include a food demo, a little bit of exercise and cool and useful prizes.
