Buffets de encastrar, refrigerados ou com aquecimento. As
unidades de encastrar são fabricados em aço inoxidável
AISI 403 e podem ser fornecidos com uma cobertura de
vidro.
Built-in refrigetared and heated buffets. All built-in units
are made of stainless steel AISI 403 and can be supplied
with a glass lid.
Vitrines de encastrar, refrigeradas ou quentes. Desenvolvidas para permitir uma
óptima visibilidade dos pratos e alimentos expostos, com ventilação homogénea
em todos os níveis. As vitrines quentes para o serviço assistido, possuem um
sistema de monitorização do nível de humidade dentro da vitrine.
Built-in refrigetared and heated buffets. Developed to allow maximum exposure of
the dishes and food products displayed. Even ventilation in all shelves. The heated
displays for assisted service also have a monitorisation system that controls the
moisture level inside the display.
