On Friday 2nd February, Team 6 hosted a Quiz and Chips event, with students, parents and teachers battling in a Thorpe classic.
The Quiz ‘N’ Chips held at Thorpe St Andrew was much fun for both students and teachers. There was a variety of questions which attracted a range of people to attend and remain interested throughout the evening. However, some General Knowledge questions were difficult for students to answer as they were questions that they didn’t learn or have knowledge of. Those who had teachers in the team were at an advantage because many of the teachers knew the answers! The night raised over £270 for Year 13 prom which is brilliant. The chips that were provided were delicious! And there was such a great atmosphere throughout the evening; there was a great deal of laughter which made the evening welcoming and fun.
