Lilly May Wells
Following her entry to A Midsummer Night's themed poetry competition last year, in January Year 13 student Lilly was told that her poem would be published in a book which will be released in March!

Sindy Nung
As part of the Young Communications Team, Year 12 Sindy Nung had the opportunity at the Norwich Science Festival to meet Helen Sharman - Britain's first Astronaut.
They heard how she began her career, with Sindy quoting Ms Sharman shocking the audience: "she explained the sheer speed of the rocket was approximately 8km per second. You could travel from UEA to Thorpe End in 1.3 seconds."
Congratulations to Sindy for taking part in such an amazing opportunity!
