Gearing up
Obviously these are personal preferencies,
as anyone has his own likings. In the
stretch we visited, the river is rather wide
and comfortably fishable on both sides
even in couples, one fisherman in front of
another. The vegetation often reaches the

water on both banks and therefore one
should be careful when casting, avoiding
to leave flies on overhanging branches.
The water is never too deep, but the
rocky ground, full of hideouts, often conceals pleasant surprises. The ground is
