SPORTS Why is sports important? Sport is important for our health. By doing sports at least once a week we can increase our stamina or lose some weight. Sports is a must so we can be health. If we don’t do sports we can be sick because we never exercise our muscles. Swimming is one of the way to exercise. Swimming have lots of benefits, one of it is to make us taller. Swimming a a fun sport for people who loves the water. There are variety of swimming styles. Reflection In this quarter the activity for our PE subject is swimming. personally, swimming is a very fun activity because it involves the water. I could play with the water and have fun while swimming. I can only do two styles of swimming which is free style and frog style.
